Appointments & Cancellations
  • We require a 24 hour-advance notice of single appointment cancellations. Voice mail messaging is available 24 hours per day. Thank you for understanding that our therapists livelihood is dependent on reserving time for our clients.
  • Any cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of full service price.
  • “No-Shows” will be charged 100% of the full service(s) booked upon their next visit. Gift Certificates will be forfeited.
  • For Day Spa Packages, cancellation notice is required 72 hours before the time the package is booked. A credit card will be necessary to reserve time for multi-service appointments.
Day Spa Etiquette
  •  Please check in 15 minutes prior to start any appointment. If you are late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule.
  • Gift Certificates are NOT redeemable for cash. Online gift certificates, SpaFinder and SapWish are only redeemable for services.
  • Please leave cell phones and children at home to help us maintain our quiet atmosphere.
  • We ask that you speak softly in all areas of the Center.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • The Center is a non-smoking facility for the comfort of all.
  • If you prefer a female or a male therapist, please make your request known at the time of making your appointment.
  • Tipping is is appropriate for services and treatments. A general guideline would be between 10% and 20%.
  • For parties of four or more there will be an 18% gratuity added to services. A credit card will be necessary to reserve time fo ryour professional therapists and services.

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, personal checks, Spa & Salon Wish and SpaFinder. A credit card number may be required for your reservation(s).
